Poulier & Poulier Design accepts a variety of payment options. Please note,
all pricing of our products and delivery fees are in Australian Dollars (AU$)
and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Direct Bank Deposit
Please be sure to enter your name in the transaction description so we know the payment is from you. Your order will be sent out as soon as we receive your payment. We will hold your order for five working days to receive payment before cancelling. Details are as follows:

Cheque/Money Order
All cheques and money orders are to be made out to PPD. Your order will not be sent out until your payment has been cleared by our bank – this will take three business days from the day it is banked. Credit Card
This site uses a secure payment gateway via a direct link to our bank. In this way, your personal information is protected at all times using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer technology, signified by the appearance of a small gold padlock in your browser window when using the site. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card details to provide you with the peace of mind of a secure online transaction. As all credit card payments are made directly to our bank, the privacy of your information is protected at all times. Therefore, unlike giving your details over the phone, no one but the bank handles your details – not even us. Once you have received a transaction result, you will be redirected back to our site. Please note we only accept MasterCard and Visa.

SHIPPING DETAILS
The cost of shipping you order will be automatically calculated depending on its weight and destination. Within Australia, all items will be sent via Australia Post Express Post with a guaranteed next business day delivery within their delivery network. For items up to 500g shipped within Australia, the cost is $9.90 for postage packaging and handling. For items over 500g and under 5000g shipped within Australia, the cost is $19.80 for postage packaging and handling. All International orders will be sent via registered International Post with an estimated delivery time of between 3 and 10 working days. Signed delivery into the addressee’s hands is a feature of this service. For items up to 500g shipped internationally, the cost is AU$25 for postage packaging and handling. For items over 500g and up to 1000g shipped internationally, the cost is AU$40 for postage packaging and handling.

ONLINE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Adding items to your order
Find your way to the item you desire through the menu bar situated underneath our logo. Click on the design of your choice to view a larger image and details. Type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click ‘Add to Order’. This will take you to ‘Your Order’ page. If you would like to purchase another item, click ‘Continue Shopping’.
STEP 2: Your order
The number of items in your order will be listed in this window. To change any details click the ‘Edit’ button, and your order will then be updated. Once you are happy with the items in the ‘Your Order’ menu, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
STEP 3: Your details
Review your order details provided on the screen. If they are incorrect, you may revise them by clicking ‘Edit’. If the order is correct, fill in ‘Your Details’. Each field is mandatory and must be completed for your order to be submitted successfully. Please ensure all your details are correct. Please note that your shipping will be automatically calculated and added to your order at this stage. The cost will depend on the weight and destination of your order. For further information, see Shipping Details. Under ‘Your Payment Options’, please select your preferred payment method from those listed.

Direct Bank Deposit
Choosing this option will send your order through without payment. You must then organise the EFT transaction through your bank to our account. We can only hold your order for five working days to receive payment before cancelling. Your order will be sent out as soon as we receive your payment
Cheque or Money Order
Choosing this option will send your order through without payment. We can only hold your order for five working days to receive payment before cancelling. Your order will be sent out as soon as your cheque or money order is banked and cleared.


STEP 4: Payment (Secure Gateway)
Please check all your details are correct before proceeding to the next step. If you have chosen Credit Card Payment you will be directed to the Bendigo Bank Payment Gateway. SSC technology ensures your payment details are encrypted over the Internet and will remain secure. Once you have received a transaction result, you will be directed back to our site.

STEP 5: Confirmation
This page shows confirmation of your order, which you may print out for your records. An email with details of your order will be sent to your email address. If you experience any difficulty with your order, please contact us at
